Abstract
Analiza isplativosti implementacije ERP sustava može se prikazati na nekoj od funkcija u poduzeću. U ovom radu prikazana je kroz poslovni proces vezan uz funkcije nabave i skladišta. Na izabranom poslovnom procesu u poduzeću simulacijom sadašnjeg i budućeg modela procesa, koji će se u poduzeću nalaziti nakon implementacije ERP sustava, prikazane su sveukupne uštede resursa, vremena i troškova koji se mogu postići implementacijom ERP sustava.
