Abstract
U ovom radu je definiran pojam organizacijske kulture. Opisane su njezine vrste, tipovi i čimbenici te su navedeni dijelovi povezani s procesom odlučivanja. Na odabranim poduzećima su prikazane glavne karakteristike organizacijske kulture te je na temelju njih opisano odlučivanje u tom poduzeću.
