Abstract
Rad je podijeljen na tri dijela. Prvi dio općenito definira e-government i njegove modele. Drugi dio opisuje primjere implementacije e-governmenta u svijetu. Treći dio razmatra implementaciju e-governmenta u Republici Hrvatskoj, od lokalne samouprave do državne uprave te, do sada razvijena, dva projekta - e-Hrvatska i Hitro.HR. Kao ključni dio, tu su glavni uzroci neuspješne implementacije e-governmenta u državnu upravu.
