Abstract
Projekti u suvremenim organizacijama razlikuju se po veličini i složenosti. Upravljanje projektima zahtjeva sustavski pristup, korištenje primjerenih metoda i odgovarajuću potporu informacijskih tehnologija. Pored tradicionalnih metodologija, kao što je standard PMBOK, u novije vrijeme pojavljuju se i drugi pristupi, primjereniji suvremenim načinima poslovanja. Jedan takav pristup je tzv. agilni projektni menadžment. U ovom radu će biti opisan ovaj pristup, dat će se komparativni prikaz njegovih karakteristika u odnosu na tradicionalne pristupe, te će biti opisano i provedeno istraživanje u hrvatskim tvrtkama, vezano za iskustava u primjeni koncepata agilnog pristupa.
