Abstract
Cilj rada je upoznati se postupcima vezanima uz odlučivanje u uvjetima rizika i nesigurnosti. U radu se upoznajemo s teorijama odlučivanja, odnosno njihovim razvojem. U nastavku rada prepoznajemo moguće okolnosti odlučivanja, s naglaskom na odlučivanje u uvjetima rizika i nesigurnosti. Kroz brojne primjere upoznajemo tehnike odlučivanja u navedenim uvjetima. Objašnjeni su i mnogi pojmovi, kao što su analiza rizika, upravljanje rizicima, matematički modeli i drugi.
