Abstract
Tema rada je dizajn usluga podržan ITIL najboljom praksom. Najprije su ukratko opisane IT usluge, sam ITIL i na kraju sam se posebno osvrnula na Dizajn usluga. Na konkretnom poduzeću sam opisala dizajn usluga. Za svaki proces je naveden primjer u tom konkretnom poduzeću. Na kraju sam istražila u kojoj mjeri je prisutan sam ITIL.
