Abstract
Organizacijske performanse uključuju stvarne vrijednosti ili rezultate mjerenja organizacije koje uspoređujemo s željenim vrijednostima koje je organizacija postavila sukladno svojim ciljevima. Mjera je kvantificirani identifikator za vrednovanje koliko dobro organizacija ostvaruje željene ciljeve. Ozbiljno i učinkovito upravljanje i mjerenje performansi nije moguće bez uporabe software-a. Prednost software-a je objedinjeni pogled na podatke o performansama te mogućnost analize.
