Abstract
U radu je definiran pojam korisničkog iskustva, kao i njemu povezanih pojmova kao što su dizajn orijentiran korisniku, dizajn interakcija, vizualni dizajn i upotrebljivost. Prikazan je proces dizajna korisničkog iskustva, faze koje su prisutne te metode i tehnike koje se često koriste. Izvršen je intervju s voditeljima projekata u IT poduzećima kako bi se uvidjelo kako taj proces izgleda u praksi. Za kraj je proveden proces dizajna korisničkog iskustva na iOS mobilnoj aplikaciji iz područja turizma.
