Abstract
U radu se razmatraju brojni činitelji uspješnosti u individualnom odlučivanju u organizaciji, uključujući psihološke osobine i procese kod odlučivanja, faze odlučivanja, informacijsku ekonomiju i rizike, kao i korištenje odgovarajućih metoda za donošenje pojedinih vrsta odluka. Posebna pozornost posvećena je pogreškama kod odlučivanja. Također se analiziraju primjeri loših odluka u poslovanju u Hrvatskoj i svijetu. Na kraju je načinjen pregled činitelja koji mogu povećati uspješnost pojedinaca kod donošenja odluka u organizacijama.
