Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je ˝Uloga organizacijske kulture u gospodarskim organizacijama˝. Sam rad, konceptualno je podijeljen u dva dijela. Teorijski se dio fokusira na pojmovno određenje organizacijske kulture, definiranje različitih vrsta i tipova iste te navođenje kako ona nastaje i koju ulogu ima u poslovanju poduzeća. U drugom dijelu rada opisana su poslovanja konkretnih gospodarskih organizacija različitih djelatnosti. Za analizu su odabrana poduzeća: Podravka d.d., PLIVA d.o.o. te INA Grupa. Na temelju dostupnih podataka, analizirane su njihove organizacijske kulture i potkrijepljene spoznaje iznijete u teorijskom dijelu rada.
