Abstract

A self-driving 1:10 RC car model with a custom made end-to-end machine learning pipeline, a simulator for rapid prototyping and a proposed neural network architecture which allows multiple specialised subnetworks to converge in a final generalised decision layer. The final implemented and trained model can perform behaviours such as lane changing and can navigate randomly generated tracks while staying inside the marked lanes.
