Teorije i načini motiviranja zaposlenika u današnje doba kada je najveća, a ponekad i jedina, motivacija plaća. Kako menadžeri prepoznaju i utječu na motiviranje suradnika. Angažman zaposlenih utječe na produktivnost i učinkovitost tvrtke.
