Abstract
Svako vrednovanje poduzeća ima cilj utvrditi i otkriti vrijednost poduzeća ili nekog dijela unutar poduzeća. Postoje razne metode koje se koriste da bi se odredila vrijednost poduzeća a sve te metode na kraju imaju isti cilj utvrditi najrealnije novčane vrijednosti poduzeća. Teorijski se rad temelji na općenitim pojmovima vezanim za vrednovanje poduzeća, te metodama koje su podijeljene na statističke i dinamičke, i opisu svake pojedine metode. U istraživačkom dijelom želi se konkretnim primjerom na odabranim poduzeću pokazati kako se koja metoda primjenjuje u vrednovanju poduzeća.
