Abstract
Unity je razvojno okruženje (eng. Game Engine) za računalne igre proizveden od strane Unity Technologies te se pretežito koristi za razvoj igara namijenjenih osobnim računalima, igraćim konzolama, mobilnim uređajima pa čak i web stranicama. U ovom je radu opisano razvojno okruženje Unity te njegove osnovne karakteristike, mogućnosti te implementirane funkcionalnosti koja ga čine preferencijalnim izborom nad sličnim konkurentskim proizvodima. Uz teoretsku analizu razvojnih okruženja, u Unity-u je izrađen i vlastiti primjer video igre koji sadržava sve potrebne komponente jedne klasične igre. Predostrožnosti radi, provedeno je i beta testiranje na većem uzorku ispitanika te su uklonjene sve konceptualne pogreške koje bi onemogućile nesmetano funkcioniranje igre. Programskim putem posebno realizirane funkcionalnosti dokumentirane su na kraju ovoga rada.
