Abstract
Ekonomski rast je povećanje potencijalnog bruto domaćeg proizvoda ili proizvodnje neke zemlje. Drugačije,ekonomski se rast ostvaruje kada se granica proizvodnih mogućnosti pomiče prema van.Bogatstvo zemlje pridonosi razvoju gospodarstva,ali još važnije,ono je temelj održavanja životnog standarda hrvatskog radnika i njihovih obitelji. Hrvatska sposobnost rasta i stvaranja vrijednosti ovisi o tome koliko je će ona učinkovito osposobiti svoje resurse- radnike,tvornice i opremu,zemlju i tehnologiju. Četiri su elementa razvoja ekonomskog rasta: ljudski resursi,prirodna dobra,kapital te tehnološke promjene i inovacije te njihov pojedinačni udio u ukupnom ekonomskom rastu.
