Abstract
Ovaj rad donosi pregled osnovnih menadžerskih vještina potrebnih modernom menadžeru koji vodi organizaciju ili jedan njezin dio. Istraživanjem putem ankete istražiti će se kako zaposlenici percipiraju svoju poziciju i kako vide neke od čimbenika važnih za zdravo funkcioniranje organizacije.
