Abstract
Diplomski rad bavi se problematikom integracije osoba s invaliditetom na tržište rada. U uvodnom djelu rad govori općenito o invaliditetu i studentima s invaliditetom, mogućnosti prilagodbe prostora za uspješno pohađanje fakultetskih obaveza te trenutnim naporima Republike Hrvatske u cilu što većeg broja integriranih osoba s invaliditetom na tržište rada. Kao zaključak diplomskog rada prezentirana je anketa o percepciji poduzeća o osobama s invaliditetom i zainteresiranošću za zapošljavanje istih.
