Abstract
Maloprodajna djelatnost, kao važan sudionik tržišta, smatra se najdinamičnijom granom trgovine. U radu su analizirani poslovni procesi koji se odvijaju unutar maloprodajne djelatnosti. Izrađen je dokument funkcionalnih zahtjeva kao potrebna priprema za implementaciju tih procesa u ERP rješenje.
