Abstract
U ovom radu je opisano što je ured i uredsko poslovanje. Navedeno je nekoliko metoda za ocjenjivanje uspješnosti. Također su navedene i detaljno opisane koje se tehnike koriste pri ocjenjivanju i mjerenju rada. Nešto je rečeno i o analizi poslova uredskih zaposlenika. Za praktični dio je napravlje intervju sa uredskim zaposlenicima.
