Abstract
Tvrtke koje posluju u suvremenim uvjetima poslovanja suočene su dinamičnim okruženjem, brzim prijenosom informacija, robe i kapitala te žestokom konkurencijom. To su samo neka od obilježja suvremenog poslovanja, a kako bi se one s time mogle nositi te opstati i biti uspješnje na tržišnu potrebno im je suvremeno vodstvo. Društvena odgovornost o kojoj se sve više priča način je poslovanja koji suvremeni vođe trebaju usvojiti kako bi tvrtke mogle biti konkurentne i opstati. Društvena odgovornost obuhvaća i dobre odnose s javnošću, pa tvrtke svakako trebaju imati kvalitetnu strategiju odnosa s javnošću.
