Abstract
Rad istražuje temu upravljanja odnosima s klijentima s teoretskog i praktičnog aspekta. U teorijskom djelu napravljen je opsežan pregled prethodnih istraživanja, a u praktičnom su primjenje neuronske mreže i bayesove mreže za modeliranje ponašanja i promjena u ponašanju klijenata. Model se vrednuje na stvarnom skupu podataka.
