U radu je objašnjen proces upravljanja organizacijskim promjenama koje su vrlo bitne za ostvarenje organizacijskih ciljeva, te je sve prikazao na konkretnom primjeru organizacijskih promjena u hotelijerstvu kroz poduzeće.
