Abstract
Završni rad motivacijske teorije ukratko pojašnjava što je motivacija i koja je njezina važnost u organizacijama. U radu je spomenuto nekoliko teorija: teorija hijerarhije potreba, teorija X i teorija Y, McClellandova teorija, Herzbergova teorija, Vroomova teorija i teorija pravednosti. Osim motivacije u radu je ukratko opisana veza moći i motivacije i stilova vodstva i motivacije.
