Abstract
Upravljanje promjenama na projektima izgradnje informacijskih sustava vezano je uz pojam informatičkih usluga, odnosno pojavljuje se u okviru upravljanja informatičkim uslugama. Upravljanje promjenama povezano je također sa ITIL metodologijom, a ITIL predstavlja skup najboljih praksi upravljanja informatičkim uslugama. Upravljanje informatičkim uslugama pak obuhvaća mnoge procese u životnom ciklusu usluga od kojih je važno izdvojiti proces tranzicije usluga unutar kojeg se pojavljuje proces upravljanja promjenama. Upravljanje promjenama prati svaku promjenu kroz njezin životni ciklus od pojave problema do njegova rješenja, a da bi se promjene uspješno provodile potrebna je suradnja i koordinacija čitave organizacije.
