Abstract
Komunikacija je vrlo bitna komponenta kod svakodnevnog ophođenja Volonterskog centra sa ciljanim skupinama, volonterima, drugim centrima i javnosti. Većinom se koristi usmena komunikacija (kroz različite sastanke) ili pismena komunikacija putem e-maila. Potrebno je svakodnevno usavršavati međusobnu komunikaciju radi boljih rezultata provedenih aktivnosti.
