Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je objasniti osnovne teorijske pojmove vezane uz upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima te napraviti analizu konkretnog poduzeća, uvažavajući motivaciju zaposlenika u promatranom poduzeću, tehnike i metode procjene radnog učinka te sustav kompenzacija i nagrada za izvršeni rad.
