Abstract
U radu su opisani pojmovi odlučivanje i poslovno odlučivanje, te važnost kreativnosti u stvaranju novih ideja i rješavanju problema. Postoji velik broj tehnika kreativnost koji možemo podijeliti u tri osnovne grupe: čuvanje paradigme, mjenjanje paradigme i razbijanje paradigme. U radu je obrađeno pet tehnika kreativnosti a to su kreativno rješavanje problema, Disneyeva tehnika kreativnosti, slobodne asocijacije, lateralno razmišljanje i scamper tehnika.
