Abstract
U radu su pojašnjene teorijske spoznaje o timskom radu i te su iste kasnije prikazane na konkretnoj organizaciji. Navedene su osnovne karakteristike timova, osnovne vrste i značajke, pojedinci u timovima, a središte rada bilo je posvećeno samom stvaranju timova. Na kraju rada sve teorijske spoznaje prikazane su na primjeru poduzeća Muraplast, gdje je kroz dvije najčešće situacije prikazano korištenje timskog rada u suvremenoj organizaciji.
