Tema rada je Analiza troškovne učinkovitosti (Cost effectiveness analysis – CEA), metoda koja je alternativa Analizi troškova i koristi (Cost benefit analysis - CBA) te njena primjena u sektoru zdravstva, gdje je teško pridodati vrijednost postignutim učincima, kao primjerice, broj spašenih života, dužina potrebnog tretmana ili dani provedeni u hospitalizaciji.
