Abstract
Poslovna inteligencija služi kao potpora pri donošenju odluka te najčešće počiva na skladištima podataka. Nova rješenja poslovne inteligencije pod nazivom engl. Self-service Business Iintelligence dohvaćaju "sirove" podatke (engl. raw data) direktno iz izvora podataka. U ovom diplomskom radu prikazane su prednosti i nedostaci takvog pristupa u odnosu na tradicionalna rješenja koja počivaju na skladištima podataka. Također, implementirana je jedna takva aplikacija u alatu QlikSense.
