Abstract
Psihološki aspekti poslovnog odlučivanja imaju jednu od najbitnijih uloga prilikom procesa odlučivanja. Predstavljena je psihologija odlučivanja kao temelj za odabir stilova odlučivanja. Promatranje odlučivanja u uvjetima rizika i stresa omogućuje uvid u psihologiju odlučivanja donositelja odluke. Etika je bitan faktor odlučivanja koji nije isti za sve kulture. Prepoznavanje psiholoških zamki u odlučivanju olakšava i poboljšava proces odlučivanja.
