Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađen je općeniti postupak istraživanja neke postojeće organizacije, odnosno sam način provođenja istraživanja tako da su opisane najčešće korištene metode koje se u takvom istraživanju koriste. Istraživanje postojeće organizacije radi se u svrhu poboljšavanja pojedinih dijelova organizacije poduzeća, što rezultira poboljšanjem cjelokupne organizacije, a u svrhu postizanja optimalne razine organizacije.
