Abstract
U radu je prikazano kako današnja poduzeća korištenjem informacijskog sustava uspješnije vode poslovanje u odnosu kada nisu imali informacijski sustav. Detaljnije je opisan ERP sustav (Enterprise Resource Planinng), njegove prednosti i nedostatci te sama implementacija u poduzeću. Kao primjer je navedeno poduzeće "Svam Plus d.o.o" koje proizvodi svoj vlastiti ERP sustav "OperaOpus" kojeg koriste poduzeća diljem Hrvatske, Bosne i Hercegovine te Srbije.
