Abstract
Razvoj i usavršavanje zaposlenika vrlo bitno za poslovanje, tj. za cjelokupni rad zaposlenika u određenoj organizaciji. Zaposlenicima se obukom pružaju određena iskustva što znači da mogu što učinkovitije obavljati svoje radne zadatke. Vrlo je važno da se prođe kroz sve faze razvoja od orijentacije, obuke, tehnika obučavanja, načela i organizacije učenja, pa sve do savjetovanja.
