Abstract
Tema završnog rada vezana je uz izradu programskog rješenja, odnosno informatizaciju poslovnog sustava trgovačkog obrta. Opisat će se način prikupljanja nužnih podataka za izradu odgovarajućih modela, te opisati tehnike prikupljanja istih. Uz primjenu odgovarajućih dijagramskih tehnika za poslovni sustav izraditi će se model poslovne tehnologije, model radnih tokova, model procesa i model podataka. Za izradu spomenutih modela koristit će se odgovarajući CASE alat, te će se dati kratak pregled njegovih karakteristika. Planirani alati za izradu programskog rješenja su: Visual Studio .NET i SQL Server 2005.
