Abstract
Završni rad obuhvaća područje normizacije, njen značaj za napredak društva i gospodarstva, kao i važnost razvoja normi u svrhu općeg dobra. Detaljnije je obrađena tema o međunarodnim, regionalnim i nacionalnim organizacijama za normizaciju, njihovim ciljevima i načelima, te o procesima i principima nastajanja normi. Unutar teme opisan je i rad Hrvatskog zavoda za norme. U radu je opisan značaj uredskog poslovanja i njegova povezanost sa normizacijom. Najvažnija stavka očituje se u sistematizaciji ISO normi značajnih za uredsko poslovanje.
