Abstract
Cilj seminarskog rada je predočiti važnost strategijskog komunikacijskog menadžmenta u poslovanju a što ću pokušati jasno predočiti konkretnim primjerom iz života.Na samom početku definirala sam pojmove strategije, menadžmenta i komunikacije. Nadalje osvrnula sam se i na povijesni pregled područja odnosa s javnošću, ponašanje poduzeća, strategijski menadžment, komunikaciju u organizaciji i izvan nje, strategijski komunikacijski menadžment. Na kraju rada prikazat ću primjer krizna komunikacija u zdravstvu te ću rezimirati rad kako bi izvela zaključak i donesla vlastito mišljenje o samoj temi.
