Abstract
Benchmarking kao proces usporedbe organizacijskih performansi sa najboljima u niši. Kontinuum strateškog upravljanja kao izvor elemenata usporedbe. Misija, vizija i jasni strateški ciljevi uvjetuju i sposobnost ostvarenja strateških ciljeva. Usporedba elemenata kontinuuma strateških ciljeva s drugim organizacijama.
