Abstract
Tema rada je znacenje samog etickog kodeksa, iskustva provođenja etičkog kodeksa, funkcioniranja etičkog povjerenstva i tome slično. Plan mi je razgovarati sa nekim čije je poslovno iskustvo vezano uz firmu koja ima visoki stupanj vođenja poslovanja poslovnom etikom. Analiza različitih etičkih kodeksa hrvatskih poduzeća i institucija, istraživanje o brizi za njihovo provođenje (edukacija dionika, časopisi o etičkoj problematici, društvenoj korporacijskoj odgovornosti i održivom razvoju) i o njihovoj efikasnosti
