Abstract

Rad prikazuje pravilne korake analize postojećeg informacijskog sustava na primjeru odjela nuklearne medicine u zdravstvenoj ustanovi. Analiza je obuhvaćala snimanje postojećeg stanja sustava i izdvajanja promatranog procesa. Na osnovu promatranog procesa pristupilo se modeliranja poslovnog procesa pomoću dijagrama toka podataka. Obradom procesa, te modeliranjem poslovnih podataka dijagramom koji prikazuje entitete i veze, koji su dio promatranoga procesa i njegovih podprocesa, nastao je relacijski model podataka koji predstavlja polazište za izgradnju dobrih temelja baze podataka, kao osnove svakog informacijskog sustava prilagođenog određenom korisniku i njegovim potrebama.

Abstract (english)

The aim of the Final specialist studies was to present the regular steps of the existing information system on the example of nuclear medicine department in a medical institution. The first step in the analysis was to record the current state of the system and segregation of the observed process. Based on the observed process, the next step was modelling of the business process using the date flow diagram. As the result of the treatment of the process, modelling of the business data using the data flow diagram, which are the part of the observed process and his sub-process, was created an Entity-relationship model. An Entity-relationship model is a basis for construction of data base, as a ground of all information system which has been adjusted to certain user and his needs.
