Abstract
U radu je teoretski objašnjen pojam operacijskog menadžmenta, usluga i uslužnog operacijskog menadžmenta. Navedeni su i objašnjeni modeli korištenja suvremenih tehnologija u uslugama. Naglasak je stavljen na informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije. Na kraju je naveden primjer o broju korisnika bankarskih usluga baziranih na informacijskim i komunikacijskim tehnologijama.
