Abstract
U radu je prikazan razvoja grupnog financiranja, te su navedene prednosti i nedostaci grupnog financiranja u odnosu na ostale oblike financiranja. Analizirani su modeli grupnog financiranja i platforme koje se koriste za provođenje grupnog financiranja. Nadalje, provedeno je istraživanje na poduzetnicima koji su uspješno i neuspješno prikupljali financijska sredstva putem grupnog financiranja.
