Abstract
Rad se bavi definicijom obiteljskog poduzeća te njihovim prednostima i nedostacima u odnosu na klasična poduzeća koja nisu pod kontrolom jedne obitelji. Važan element održivosti poslovanja u obiteljskom poduzeću je uspješan prijenos upravljanja sa starije na mlađu generaciju te se u radu analiziraju uspješni modeli prijenosa i oblici institucionalne potpore prijenosu poslovanja dostupni u RH. Teoretski koncepti su na kraju provjereni analizom studije slučaja dvaju poduzeća (obrta) te njihovom usporedbom.
