Abstract
Kroz teorijski dio rad se bavi funkcijom zapošljavanja te selekcijskim postupkom koji obuhvaća različite metode testiranja i načina provjere znanja i kompetencija. Istraživanje bi se provelo anketnim upitnikom, a ciljana grupacija su studenti svih usmjerenja i godina studija. Anketnim upitnikom prikupile bi se informacije o zapošljavanju putem Student servisa, načinu pronalaženja studentskog posla, radnim mjestima na kojima su studenti radili ili trenutno rade, metodama selekcije za pojedini posao, potrebnoj dokumentaciji, satnici, zadovoljstvu samim zaposlenjem, stečenom znanju i iskustvu i drugo.
