Abstract
Digitalna transformacija se opisuje kao korištenje tehnologija kako bi se unaprijedili poslovni procesi i rezultati poduzeća. Isto tako, relevantna je i informacija o samoj svrsishodnosti i krajnjim ciljevima digitalne transformacije. Krajnji cilj je da korištenjem digitalnih tehnologija, poduzeće može optimizirati i poboljšati svoje poslovanje, omogućeno mu je uvođenje inovacija i kreativnosti te potiče značajne promjene u profesionalnom svijetu, ali i u privatnom svijetu svakog pojedinca.
