Abstract
Tema ovog rada je usporedba dviju metoda rudarenja podataka, stabla odlučivanja i neuronskih mreža u kontekstu ispitivanja odnosa s klijentima. Obje metode su iznimno popularne u trenutnom okruženju gdje se sve više koriste rješenja za UOK kako bi poduzeća imala jednostavniju i profitabilniju komunikaciju s klijentima. Stabla odlučivanja su se pokazala kao jednostavnija metoda za grafički prikaz rezultata, dok su se neuronske mreže pokazale kao metoda koja je sposobna raditi sa velikom preciznošću na raznovrsnim podacima. Dodano tome rad je uspio potvrditi literaturne pretpostavke, da su raznovrsniji skupovi bolji za predviđanje, te je dodatno pokazao da su obje metode vrlo efikasne u kontekstu podrške donošenju odluka (poduzećima koje koriste UOK rješenja za upravljanje poslovanjem).
