Abstract
U radu je opisana motivacija kao menadžerska funkcija te su obrazložene teorije motivacije. Rad se bavi načinima motiviranja zaposlenika. Menadžeri motiviraju zaposlenike kroz različite načine kao što su bonusi, 13. plaća, klizno radno vrijeme, tečajevi stranih jezika, službeno vozilo, plaćeno dopunsko zdravstveno osiguranje i mnogi drugi koji će biti opisani u radu. Načini motiviranja zaposlenika opisani su kroz sedam primjera.
