Abstract
Ovim radom želim proanalizirati procese (i usluge koje iz njih proizlaze) u IT odjelu jedne kompanije i njihovu primjenu ITIL okvira. Usporedit ću procese koje imaju i analizirati ih prema ITIL najboljoj praksi, a one koje nemaju razviti prijedlog njihove implementacije. S obzirom na brojnost svih ITIL procesa definirat ću prioritet koji smatram primjenjivim za takvu komapaniju. Cilj rada je uz analizu primjenu ITIL okvira te napraviti prijedlog plana implementacije ITIL procesa prema definiranim prioritetnim područjima.
