Abstract
U uvodu je navedena problematika unapređenja. U suvremenom svijetu se proučavanje poslovnih procesa pretvorilo u znanost. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je pokazati kako se ponašaju poslovni procesi kod prodaje te kako poslovne procese možemo unaprijediti uz pomoć IKT. U ovome završnom radu htjeli smo staviti fokus na načine unapređenja poslovnih procesa u prodaji, te je primjerom dokazano kako u prodajnom sektoru ima puno mjesta za uštede. Također smo pokazali da se informatikom može smanjiti broj nepotrebnih procesa, smanjiti vrijeme trajanja procesa, a samim time i doći do značajnijih ušteda u poduzeću.
