Abstract
Kao važan element konkurentnosti poduzeća javlja se kvaliteta. Kvaliteta je postala glavni alat poduzećima da se suprotstave pritiscima globalizacije, nudeći kupcima robu visoke kvalitete koja zadovoljava njihove potrebe, zahtjeve i očekivanja. U radu će se prikazati osnove kvalitete koja služi kao glavni element za konkurentsku prednost poduzeća i navesti ću sam primjer poduzeća koje je uspješno implementiralo stavke upravljanja kvalitetom.
